The PAT 1461 Terminal supports several contactless technologies such as Secure FeliCa, ISO 14443 A, and Mifare. It offers a versatile and cost
effective secure access reader solution to protect areas such as government and military facilities, campuses or company buildings.

A SAM slot for SAM cards that can be used as a crypto processor and key storage device. The PAT 1461 operates in metal environments and in combination with A/V modules.

Upon request, SCM can also develop custom applications. The SDK together with the onboard flash are designed to provide a secure firmware upgrade in the field, and a seamless reconfiguration of the terminal to prevent obsolescence.
